Make it stand out
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Journal Prompt Ideas
Journaling can be a fantastic tool in therapy. Studies have shown that even a few minutes a day can reduce symptoms!
Journaling prompts can give a structure and outline to your journaling. Some people find them helpful, and can be useful to discuss in therapy. Here are some prompts to try.
ADHD:
*What are some things that you were able to achieve today? Also- what were some of the barriers?
*What is one thing in your life that currently feels out of control?
*If you were able to describe what it is like to live with ADHD, what would you say?
Anxiety
*Write a letter to your anxious self. What would you like your anxious self to know?
*What’s on your mind right now?
*How do you know when you are feeling anxious? What are the signs?
*Take three slow deep breaths, making the exhale slightly longer than the inhale. How did that feel?
Depression
*What is something that you love about yourself?
*Name something you are grateful for.
*Look back on your experience with depression. What have you noticed makes it better? What makes it worse?
*How do you feel in your body today? Nonjudgementally, discuss what it feels like.
*When is the last time you did something nice for yourself? What was it?
Trauma
*How do you express kindness toward yourself?
*What would bring me comfort and relief right now?
*What emotions from the trauma are you still holding onto today? How are they impacting you?
*Imagine healing for yourself. What would it look like? What would make the journey worth it for you?
